| On-Site Tournament Operations
PGE will arrive at the golf course long before your tournament begins to ensure everything is ready! From sponsor signs to food and beverage to cart assignments, PGE will have your event ready to go. Let us worry about the details so you can “Stop Planning and Start Playing.”
PGE will need to finalize your pairings sheet and player list 48 hours prior to the golf tournament. This information is necessary so we can review the accommodations with the golf course.
- Produce and distribute volunteer assignments.
- Manage all tournament volunteers and review assignments.
- Set up and management of the player registration area.
- Manage the sale of mulligans, raffle tickets, etc.
- Provide credit card processing capability for payment of tournament registration fee, sale of mulligans & raffle tickets, silent auction sales, etc.
- Prepare and distribute arrival gift packages / goody bags.
- Promote and manage all tournament contests (Hole-In-One, Putting, etc.).
- Coordinate food and beverage set up. (Stocking of beverages and snacks in golf carts, set up and stock on-course beverage refill stations, dining room set up for breakfast/lunch/dinner, buffet line set up, etc.)
- Set up, placement and pick up of all tournament signage including registration signs & banners, hole sponsor signs, sponsor recognition boards & banners, etc.
- Silent auction management. (Includes item set up & breakdown, announcements, purchase transactions, etc.)
- Awards presentation set up. (Includes banquet/patio room set up, microphone/podium set up, arrangement of tournament prizes and/or trophies, etc.)
- Set up raffle drawing and generate drawing slips w/ player names.
- Tournament scoring and flighting, production of winners sheet that outlines winning teams/individuals by flight & position, list of contest winners, etc.
- Coordinate tournament photography needs. (We can arrange for our staff photographer to photograph, develop and package your picture in any number of combinations)
- Provide a detailed accounting that includes the type and amount of transactions, number of mulligans and/or raffle tickets sold and summary of silent auction sales & registration monies collected.
- Review all golf tournament functions with golf course staff.
